Identify missed opportunities in adolescent immunizations and data to improve care. The King County Health Improvement Partnership (K-CHIP) will support three cohorts of clinics to increase adolescent vaccination coverage.

Over a 6-month period, clinics will identify opportunities to increase adolescent vaccinations; implement improvements; receive regular data and coaching; and participate in a community of clinics working toward the same goals.
